Last Updated: August 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LeadsAlto website, matching services, professional network, or professional SMS messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LeadsAlto operates a consumer-to-professional matching service that helps consumers connect with local professionals for home services and related projects.

Consumers may submit information about a project or service they need. LeadsAlto may use the information provided to identify and connect the consumer with one or more participating professionals who may be able to assist with the requested service.

Separately, LeadsAlto communicates by SMS with professional applicants and professional customers who directly opt in to the LeadsAlto professional SMS program.

The professional SMS program is separate from LeadsAlto's consumer matching activities.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LeadsAlto services or opt in to the professional SMS program.

4. Consumer Project Requests

Consumers may submit information regarding a home service or other project for which they would like assistance finding a local professional.

Information submitted may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • ZIP code or service location
  • Type of service requested
  • Project details
  • Requested timing
  • Other information relevant to the service request

By submitting a project request, the consumer authorizes LeadsAlto to use the information provided to process the request and identify appropriate participating professionals.

LeadsAlto may share relevant project details and contact information with one or more matched professionals so those professionals can respond to the consumer's request.

Consumers do not enroll in the LeadsAlto professional SMS program by submitting a project request.

5. Professional SMS Messaging Program

LeadsAlto's SMS messaging program is a first-party communication channel available only to local service professionals who apply to join or maintain an account with the LeadsAlto professional network.

Professionals may opt in by providing their mobile telephone number through the LeadsAlto Pro Application and voluntarily selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox.

By opting in, the professional agrees to receive SMS text messages directly from LeadsAlto at the mobile number provided.

Messages may include:

  • Professional application confirmations
  • Application status and follow-up
  • Account onboarding information
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders for scheduled interactions with the LeadsAlto team
  • Account administration notices
  • Billing and subscription notifications
  • Platform announcements
  • Product and service updates
  • Customer service and support communications
  • Occasional promotional offers regarding LeadsAlto services

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity and interaction with LeadsAlto and may typically range from a few messages per week to a few messages per month.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any LeadsAlto message to unsubscribe. After an opt-out request, LeadsAlto may send one confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent through that SMS program unless the recipient subsequently opts in again.

Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact LeadsAlto at [email protected].

Carrier disclaimer: Wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates, are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing LeadsAlto services, applying to participate in the professional network, or being approved for the platform.

6. Separation of Consumer Matching and Professional SMS

The LeadsAlto professional SMS program is separate from LeadsAlto's consumer-to-professional matching service.

Consumers who submit project requests do not receive SMS messages from LeadsAlto through this professional SMS program.

LeadsAlto does not use the professional SMS program to:

  • Deliver consumer leads to professionals
  • Send consumer telephone numbers by SMS
  • Send consumer project details by SMS
  • Send new-lead notification alerts by SMS
  • Send SMS messages on behalf of participating professionals
  • Transfer SMS consent from consumers to participating professionals

When LeadsAlto provides consumer project or contact information to a participating professional, that information is delivered separately from the LeadsAlto professional SMS program.

Any subsequent communication between a professional and a consumer is between those parties and is not part of the LeadsAlto professional SMS program.

Participating professionals are responsible for ensuring that their own calls, emails, SMS messages, and other communications with consumers comply with applicable federal and state laws, carrier rules, telecommunications requirements, and applicable consent requirements.

7. SMS Consent and Mobile Information

SMS consent provided to LeadsAlto applies only to communications from LeadsAlto.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and SMS consent obtained for the LeadsAlto professional messaging program will not be sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

The sharing of consumer project information with matched professionals for the purpose of responding to a consumer's requested service is separate from the LeadsAlto professional SMS opt-in program.

For additional information regarding how LeadsAlto collects, uses, and shares information, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Professional Matches

LeadsAlto is a matching service.

We do not employ participating professionals and do not guarantee or warrant the quality, availability, pricing, licensing, insurance status, workmanship, or performance of any professional.

LeadsAlto is not a party to contracts entered into between consumers and participating professionals unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
