Get Listed as a ProLeadsAlto's SMS text messaging program is available only to local professionals who have applied to be listed in our directory and have provided express written consent by checking the SMS box on our pro application form. The program is used exclusively for first-party communications between LeadsAlto and listed professionals — including application and account updates, onboarding, appointment reminders for scheduled calls with our team, billing and subscription notifications, platform announcements, customer service, and occasional promotional offers about LeadsAlto's services.
Consumers do not receive SMS from LeadsAlto. Homeowners who submit a project through our directory are contacted directly by the professional they chose, using the contact information the homeowner voluntarily provided; that direct outreach is not part of our SMS program.
